BlockFill is a premium, high solids filler that is specifically formulated to easily and effectively fill the voids in coarse concrete or cinderblock. Quicksand, a 100% acrylic undercoater, is formulated with extremely fast water release, allowing for early sanding and recoating, as soon as 15 to 30 minutes after application! When sanded, Quicksand produces a clean, fine powder. It does not gum up like most latex primers. But its latex properties do offer the distinct advantage of eliminating the need for organic solvents. Quicksand is supplied as a high hiding pure white, but may be tinted to any pastel color to enhance the hiding ability of the finish coat of paint.
DES4300 Prime One

EXTERIOR ELASTOMERIC
DES9100 Foamlife
Foamlife is the ultimate high solids elastomeric coating for urethane foam roofs, providing lasting protection from water damage and ultraviolet rays. Foamlife remains tough yet flexible over long periods of time, and over wide ranges of temperatures. Furthermore, full and uniform protection of the foam is ensured because Foamlife will cling to even the highest peaks. Foamlife is available in pure white, and may be tinted to a wide array of pastel to medium shades. Keep in mind, however, that any tinting reduces the heat reflective capabilities of the coating.
DES9101 Elastolife
Elastolife is the ultimate 100% acrylic elastomeric coating specifically designed for use in protecting and waterproofing exterior masonry substrates. The acrylic resin used in Elastolife ensures long term flexibility over a wide range of temperatures. This flexibility prevents newly developed hairline cracks from breaking through the surface. Although the primary function of Elastolife is to waterproof, water vapor is allowed to escape through the film without affecting the integrity of the cured coating. Elastolife is available in a wide array of pastel to intermediate colors, and is an environmentally-friendly product containing less than one half pound per gallon of volatile organic compounds.
DES9500 Foamlife Primer
Foamlife Primer is a highly opaque elastomeric acrylic coating formulated to produce excellent film-build. It contains no external plasticizers, and forms a tough, long-lasting, weather-resistant film that retains its flexibility over a wide range of temperatures. Foamlife Primer’s gray color contrasts with the white Foamlife topcoat allowing for easy and complete coverage.

Stucco Cure hardens the stucco so that hairline cracks are minimized or eliminated altogether. And an application of Stucco Cure allows the top coat of paint to be applied within 48 hours--not 30 days like traditional primers!

Stucco Fix, a unique high solids 100% acrylic filler for stucco, fixes problem stucco. Those unsightly cracks? Stucco Fix penetrates those cracks, fills them in, erases them, never to be seen again. The result? A smooth, consistent, crack-free surface for the finish coat of paint. Problem solved! But, wait, there’s more! Stucco Fix also contains a water repelling silicone resin that renders the stucco virtually impervious to water, the major factor in stucco problems. So, no new cracks will appear. DES4900 Stucco Prep
Stucco Prep, a heavy duty epoxy acrylic primer, provides exceptional resistance to alkalinity, water, and efflorescence, the three main concerns associated with stucco. It tenaciously adheres to stucco thereby creating a non-porous barrier that protects the final coat of paint.
